  • Creating an account with us allows you to track your orders, manage your shipping information, and receive special offers.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.

  • Please ensure that your personal details (name, address, etc.) are correct to avoid shipping delays.

3. Payment Methods:

  • We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.

  • Payment is required at the time of checkout, and orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

  • If your payment is declined, we will notify you immediately so you can correct the issue.

4. Pricing and Availability:

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. Sales tax may apply depending on your location.

  • While we make every effort to maintain accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. In case of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel or modify your order.

5. Product Descriptions and Sizing:

  • We provide detailed descriptions, images, and sizing charts for each item to help you make the best choice. Due to lighting and monitor variations, colors may appear slightly different in person.

  • Please refer to our Sizing Guide to ensure you select the correct size. If you need additional assistance with sizing, feel free to contact our customer support team before placing an order.

  • Fit & Fabric: Each product may have a different fit depending on the fabric and design. We provide garment measurements where possible to assist in choosing the right fit.

6. Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can initiate a return or exchange (see our Return Policy).

7. Shipping and Delivery:

  • Shipping options are available at checkout, and delivery times vary depending on the method selected.

  • We currently ship only in the US.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. If you have questions regarding your shipment, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

8. Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns: We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your items. To qualify for a return, the items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

    • Non-returnable items: Sale items, swimwear, intimates, and any custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at exceed@superar.shop

9. Garment Care Instructions:

  • To ensure the longevity of your purchase, be sure to follow the guidelines, included on the tag, specific washing, drying, and ironing instructions, to keep your items looking their best.

10. Promotions and Discounts:

  • From time to time, we may offer discounts or run promotions. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
